2 Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we collect:

  • Your name and email address as provided by the authentication provider
  • A unique user identifier generated by the authentication service
  • Profile photo URL (if provided by the authentication provider)

Gameplay Data

We collect data generated through your use of the App, including:

  • Game moves, outcomes (win, loss, draw), and match history
  • Player rating and leaderboard rankings
  • ETRPY token balances and transaction history (earnings, spending, withdrawals)
  • In-app preferences such as selected board themes

Anti-Cheat & Fraud Prevention Data

To maintain a fair competitive environment and protect the $ETRPY liquidity pool, Moblize.it LLC utilizes proprietary “Silent Watchdog” telemetry.

  • Telemetry Data: We collect and analyze gameplay metadata, specifically Move-Time Variance (the time elapsed between moves) and move accuracy, to distinguish human players from automated chess engines (bots).
  • Hardware Attestation: We utilize system-level tools (such as Apple’s App Attest and Google’s Play Integrity API) to collect unique Device Identifiers and hardware signals. This ensures that our services are accessed via genuine physical mobile devices and not emulated environments or bot farms.

Device & Technical Information

  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • Push notification tokens (for delivering in-app notifications)
  • App version and crash/error logs

Advertising Data

When you choose to watch rewarded video advertisements, our advertising partners (Google AdMob) may collect:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
  • General interaction data related to ad views

3 How We Use Your Data

Core App Functionality

Anti-Cheat & Fraud Prevention

We process gameplay telemetry and hardware attestation data to prevent fraud, ensure the security of our financial ecosystem, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.

  • Engine Detection: Move accuracy and timing patterns are analyzed using server-side Stockfish evaluation to identify computer-assisted play.
  • Device Verification: Hardware attestation confirms that gameplay occurs on genuine physical devices.
  • Behavioral Analysis: Move-time variance is monitored to detect robotic timing patterns inconsistent with human play.

Legal Basis: This processing is conducted under our Legitimate Interest to prevent fraud, ensure the security of our financial ecosystem, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.

4 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, cloud functions, and analytics; Google AdMob for serving rewarded advertisements.
  • Blockchain Networks: When you request a withdrawal, your Solana wallet address and transaction amount are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is publicly visible.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Safety & Fraud Prevention: We may share data to protect the rights, property, or safety of Moblize.it LLC, our users, or the public.

5 Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
  • Gameplay & Transaction Data: Retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and audit requirements.
  • Fair Play Reports: Anti-cheat analysis reports are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention and administrative review.

6 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
  • Firebase Security Rules restricting database access to authorized users
  • Server-side validation of all financial transactions
  • Firebase App Check to verify app authenticity and block unauthorized clients

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7 Children’s Privacy

Entropy Chess is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
