1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Entropy Chess mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moblize.it LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2 Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use the App:
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in multiplayer matches involving ETRPY wagers or to request ETRPY withdrawals.
You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based contests with digital asset rewards is prohibited by law.
3 Account Registration & Security
You must sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In to create an account. You agree that the information provided through these services is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.
You must promptly notify us at support@entropychess.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
4 Description of Service
Entropy Chess is a competitive chess platform available on iOS and Android that allows users to:
Play chess against a ladder of rated AI bots (free, with rewards up to 1,000 $ETRPY per day).
Compete in real-time multiplayer matches against other users with ETRPY entry fees and skill-based rewards.
Earn ETRPY tokens through gameplay, daily login bonuses, rewarded advertisements, and feedback submissions.
Withdraw earned ETRPY tokens to a Solana blockchain wallet upon meeting the minimum threshold.
Entropy Chess is a game of skill. Outcomes in multiplayer matches are determined by the strategic and mental ability of the participants.
5 ETRPY Token Economy
Nature of ETRPY
$ETRPY is an SPL utility token on the Solana blockchain. It is used exclusively within the Entropy Chess ecosystem and does not constitute a security, investment contract, or any form of regulated financial instrument. Moblize.it LLC makes no representations regarding the market value of $ETRPY.
Three-Tier Balance System
Your in-app balance is divided into three categories:
Promotional Balance: Tokens from sign-up bonuses and daily login rewards. Spent first. Not withdrawable.
Pending Balance: Tokens earned from watching rewarded advertisements. Spent second. Not directly withdrawable.
Earned Balance: Tokens from multiplayer wins, bot wins, and feedback rewards. Spent last. This is the only balance eligible for withdrawal.
Spending Cascade
When you spend ETRPY (e.g., multiplayer entry fees, theme purchases), tokens are deducted in this order: Promotional → Pending → Earned. This protects your withdrawable earnings.
No Guaranteed Value
ETRPY tokens have no guaranteed monetary value outside of the Entropy Chess ecosystem. Token value may fluctuate based on market conditions. You acknowledge that earning ETRPY does not guarantee any specific financial return.
6 Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy
The integrity of the Entropy Chess platform is maintained through our proprietary “Silent Watchdog” anti-cheat system. By using the App, you consent to the following monitoring:
Automated Game Analysis
Every completed multiplayer match is analyzed using server-side Stockfish evaluation at depth 15 to assess move quality and engine correlation.
Top-3 Move Correlation thresholds trigger at ≥80% (high) and ≥90% (very high).
Average Centipawn Loss below 10 is flagged as statistically improbable for human play.
Behavioral Timing Analysis
Move timestamps are recorded and analyzed for robotic timing patterns, including coefficient of variation below 0.15, average move times under 2 seconds, and combined speed with engine correlation.
Hardware Attestation
The App utilizes Apple App Attest (iOS) and Google Play Integrity (Android) to verify that gameplay occurs on genuine physical devices. Use of emulators, modified devices, or automated clients is prohibited.
Escalation Protocol
Warning (1 Flagged Game)
A warning indicator is displayed on your account. You retain full access and all balances.
Ban (3+ Flagged Games)
Multiplayer access is permanently disabled. All token balances (Promotional, Pending, and Earned) are reset to zero.
7 Skill-Based Verification & Balance Adjustments
Entropy Chess is a platform for human skill. By using this service, you agree to our Fair Play Audit protocols:
The 10,000 $ETRPY Audit: Upon reaching an earned balance of 10,000 $ETRPY, your account will undergo an automated behavioral audit.
Engine & Bot Detection: If our system detects “Perfect Play” patterns (defined as move-time variance below human thresholds combined with consistent engine-level accuracy), Moblize.it LLC reserves the right to deem the activity fraudulent.
The Reset Policy: Accounts flagged for non-human play or “match-fixing” will have their Earned Balance reset to zero (0). In cases of persistent or egregious violations, Moblize.it LLC may permanently terminate access to the app and the associated $ETRPY withdrawal portal without prior notice.
Manual Review: All withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold are subject to a final manual review. Decisions made by our audit team regarding the validity of skill-based winnings are final.
8 Withdrawals & Blockchain Settlement
Withdrawals are available once your Earned Balance reaches a minimum of 100,000 $ETRPY.
You must provide a valid Solana wallet address to receive withdrawn tokens. Moblize.it LLC is not responsible for tokens sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
All withdrawal requests are queued for manual audit to verify the skill-based nature of your winnings before on-chain settlement.
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the Solana network. Moblize.it LLC cannot reverse completed on-chain transactions.
Moblize.it LLC reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests that fail our fair play audit or are suspected of fraud.
9 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use chess engines, bots, or any form of computer-assisted play during multiplayer matches.
Create or operate multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
Collude with other players to manipulate match outcomes (match-fixing).
Use emulators, modified devices, rooted/jailbroken devices, or automated scripts to interact with the App.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, its anti-cheat systems, or its server-side logic.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage. You agree to report such issues to support@entropychess.com.
Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users.
Use the App for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
10 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the “Silent Watchdog” anti-cheat system — are the exclusive property of Moblize.it LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11 Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services including but not limited to Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple App Attest, Google Play Integrity API, and the Solana blockchain network. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.
Moblize.it LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
12 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOBLIZE.IT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ETRPY TOKENS.
Moblize.it LLC’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Moblize.it LLC, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Blockchain & Market Risk
You acknowledge and accept that blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets carry inherent risks, including but not limited to price volatility, network congestion, and smart contract vulnerabilities. Moblize.it LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from these risks.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moblize.it LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to cheating, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@entropychess.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any ETRPY balances in a terminated account are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Moblize.it LLC.
16 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
